Personal Training

Get the best individual treatment by working with us on a one-on-one basis. We will coach you in the gym, provide you with nutritional programs and analyse your progress to ensure we help you achieve your goals.

How do I book in?

Very simply go to , set up an account....choose class or PT session on the schedule.

Forgotten password?

If you think you might have forgotten your password, select the “Forgotten password” link on the Digibook login screen. This will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Log into Digibook, find your bundle and click cancel.

Where are you located? Is there parking?

Inside the Decor Warehouse building in the Aldi Centre. Yes there is free parking in the Aldi centre for a maximum of 1 hour

I can't make my class/pt session can I cancel/get a refund?

Cancellations may be made via Digibook up to 24 hours before the event in question in order to obtain a refund. After this time period no further cancellations/refunds are possible.

How long does a PT session last for?

A standard PT is 45 minutes long.

What days do the bootcamp classes run?

Monday 6pm & 7pm Strength & conditioning

Tuesday and Thursday 7pm

Saturday 11am Strength & conditioning

What classes are eligible for the FREE trial?

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are all offered as part of the Free trial. Monday is excluded as it a more advanced class.

What do I need to bring to my first class/PT?

Come 5 minutes before the session starts so you can complete a brief questionnaire. Bring water and a towel.

Pricing - do you do pay-as-you-go for bootcamp

Yes, you can pay drop-in bootcamp class rates of €10 or sign up to a monthly recurring subscription.

Our subscription options are €59 (2 classes per week) or €89 (3 classes per week)

Do you offer a personalised package for training combining both PT and classes each week?
